Judicial responsibility

The punishment must match the crime, with incorrect consequences the poor behavior will continue. This take on holding criminals accountable for their bad behavior will result in more prisoners, so be it! The more prisoners can be put to work building more prisons (until a time when our education system is no longer dysfunctional, which is a large reason for Americas crime problems) and also, they can build factory-built homes while in prison, benefiting themselves in the form of learning hands on and small business skills, hopefully also learning values and additionally benefiting the housing crisis facing America. Spare the rod, spoil the child.
