One bill one topic

Introducing, voting for and approving a bill that contains perks for other issues is known as pork belly, this is a dumb way to run a country, it flies in the face of common sense and engineering, it has everything to do with the good old boy club and special interest corruption in our government. This BS needs to be shut down and one bill for each topic/issue. Special interest lobbyists need to be shut out to Americas Legislator.
