SES and Executive agency heads

It is quite ridicules that entitled, rogue, ineffective and defiant SES and Federal Agency heads are near impossible to remove from their positions. The salaries, the tenure, retirement benefits, the difficulty in firing and removal of those needing removal needs to be corrected.

With a renewed Congress (as I have outlined in "My plan A") this is one of the many crisis that the new Congress can address.

As your Congressman for District 1 in Montana I will be submitting a bill addressing this crisis along with many other bills.
