Welfare and hand outs

Social programs like Welfare will gift a person some benefits, like food stamps, housing, etc., however the act of gifting people handouts, is actually robbing them of not only their full potential but also perpetuates a lot of other problems; low self confidence, lack of self reliance, stagnates the economy, encourages people to be lazy and division within communities.

A relook at all social gifting programs needs to happen, here again we circle back to the common solution of term limits, we need to clean house of the old guard.
